How do you feel about ILearn?
rhondacampbell:
I like Ilearn. I feel better and I think I am learning more than having a teacher go through each lesson. I can work at my own pace and if I know it move on or do it over and over if I need to.
I definitely agree!!! It has been a bit fast paced but I am assuming do to it being the summer session.

PROJECT: Substance Abuse in the Work Place
I did reread the article our group chose. After reading it, thinking about it, how it would pertain to my major in Elementary Education, I have decided I would like to see how this affects the child in this home environment and their education. Does it affect their learning, socialization, development? I believe it relates to this article since substance and alcohol abuse affects the work...

Sometimes I think there will never be enough time to fully grasp it all, no matter how much time is spent. It is very mind boggling at times, then a little light goes on in the strangest moment and I have learned a new concept. I’ve come to realize the more I do the easier it gets and seems to be better retained.

I think fractions ,have been hard and also decimals ,this has been difficult due to the fact I did not learn that stuff in school
Just remember it gets easier with practice. On fractions you must always have the same common denominator. With decimals/fractions its a matter of remembering which way you need to move your decimal point… left or right. Changing a decimal to a...

What are my feelings about Math?
Math has never been my forte. I remember being in the 4th grade and getting that queasy feeling in my stomache every time it was time for the multiplication challenge. Those who were great at math looked forward to these constant challenges of being placed on a pedestal, while...
Why are you in College?
At this point and time in my life I find myself at a place where I can return to school and finish my degree. I started out in college approximately 27 years ago. Since then I have acquired a husband for 25 years this year, 4 wonderful children. 2 which are in college (my daughter is just beginning her freshman year …. along with her mom going back! LOL). My other two are now at an age that...
